Roxanne Bland, Esq., entered the world of state tax policy in 1990. She began her career with the Federation of Tax Administrators and then moved to the Multistate Tax Commission. She spent nearly six years with Tax Analysts as a weekly columnist for the Tax Notes State magazine. During her career, Bland has been fortunate to witness the judicial and legislative events that have allowed state tax systems to keep up with the ever-evolving economy.
